TOOL KIT
Anytime you take a class or come to crop,
you need to bring at least your
BASIC TOOL KIT
This TOOL KIT will allow you to work without having to wait for someone else to finish
using a tool. Most scrapbookers and stampers prefer to use their own tools.
It is more likely that you will make an error if you are using unfamiliar tools.
Here are the things we feel you need to be able to do most classes we offer. If additional items are required for a class, we will either provide them or let you know in advance that you need to bring something extra. You should be able to find all these products in our store at most times.
1. Cutter - 12 inch is best
2. Scissors - One pair for sure, and it is good to have both a strong pair and one that will cut fine things.
3. Craft Pick or other pointed object - used to make a simple hole in paper or the push objects into small spaces.
4. Ruler - 12 inc, and if you can a 6 inch is also good to have. Some people prefer metal, others plastic.
5. Adhesives - It is best to carry both a liquid glue (one that dries clear is often preferred) and either a glue stick, tape runner, double sided tape, or glue dots. All of the above makes a well rounded supply.
6. Needle nosed pliers are a great asset
EXTRAS THAT ARE GREATTO HAVE WITH YOU
7. Small self-healing mat - used to protect both the table and your tools.
8. Note paper or small notebook useful
9. Teflon Craft Mat is another piece of equipment that is good, and if you are purchasing, I suggest at least a 12 x 18 inch mat to give you ample work area.
KEEP AN EYE ON THIS LIST, AS I WILL ADD TO IT WHEN THINGS COME TO MIND THAT WOULD BE HELPFUL TO CONSIDER.
PERHAPS WE WILL BRAINSTORM AT A CROP WHAT CROPPERS FEEL AND NECESSARY TOOLS TO CARRY WITH YOU AND SOME SUGGESTIONS FOR FAVORITES AND WHY THEY ARE.
